Please keep in mind that if you wish to return a product you will need to cover the shipping costs yourself. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can only issue a refund once the product has arrived and cannot assume liability for the return shipment.

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs depending on the delivery address.

The final shipping costs will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page. A tracking link will be automatically sent to you as soon as the shipment has been handed over.
