1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options.
3. Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you can! Orders can be picked up at JUNE Townhouse, Schwertgasse 4. Just select the “Pick Up” option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and could take up to 8 working days.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us (hello@wearejune.at)as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, changes may no longer be possible.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

10. Where can I find your physical store locations?
We have two locations in Vienna: JUNE Parlament at Reichsratsstraße 5 and JUNE Townhouse at Schwertgasse 4. You can find directions to both locations on our website or through Google/Apple Maps.
Important notice: Onlineshop pick ups are possible only at JUNE Townhouse Schwertgasse 4.
